I love making fried rice with just leftover rice, some soy sauce, and whatever veggies I have lying around. It’s super quick and you can switch it up every time depending on what’s in the fridge. Sometimes I throw in an egg for extra protein, and it ends up tasting way better than you’d think!

I get that minimal ingredients can stretch creativity, but I think sometimes less is really less. I’ve tried making simple stir-fries, but they definitely need some sort of sauce to not taste bland.
