Easy Instant Pot Pinto Beans: No Soaking Needed!

Hi everyone! I recently tried cooking pinto beans in my Instant Pot without soaking them beforehand, and I was really impressed with how simple and tasty they turned out. As someone still gaining confidence in the kitchen, this method has truly changed the game for me, especially on busy days when I need a quick, hearty meal.

To make them, I rinsed the beans and added them to the pot with vegetable broth, garlic, and a mix of spices. I set the timer for 35 minutes at high pressure, and the result was perfectly tender and flavorful beans. I loved that I didn’t need to soak them overnight, and they soaked up all the spices beautifully!

I ended up creating a delicious pinto bean stew with fresh vegetables, topped it off with a bit of Greek yogurt and fresh herbs, and it was fantastic! I’m excited to try out different flavors next time. Have any of you experimented with this method? What are your favorite ingredients or recipes to use with pinto beans? I’d love to hear your ideas!
