Hi everyone! I recently tried making rib tips in my slow cooker, and I just had to share how fantastic they turned out. After a long day at work, coming home to the aroma of tender, flavorful ribs was such a delight! I used a simple spice rub with a hint of chili powder to give it that Mexican twist I love, and let them cook slowly while I finished up some tasks.
The results were amazing—these rib tips were juicy and practically fell off the bone. I served them with homemade coleslaw and corn tortillas for a satisfying dinner. Plus, they made for great leftovers the next day! I’ve been focusing on adding more high-protein meals to my weekly menu, and these rib tips definitely fit the bill.
Have any of you made rib tips in a slow cooker? What spices do you recommend, or what sides do you like to serve with them? I’d love to hear your ideas and experiences!
