I love turning leftover rice into fried rice! Just toss it in a pan with whatever veggies and proteins you have, add some soy sauce, and you’ve got a quick meal. Also, fruit that’s about to go bad can be blended into smoothies or made into a simple jam!
I’ve started throwing leftover grains into salads or stir-fries. You can really elevate a boring dish with some quinoa or rice that’s been hanging out in the fridge. Also, blending leftover fruit with some yogurt makes an awesome smoothie!
