After a long day at work, spending hours in the kitchen is the last thing anyone wants to do. I’ve been trying out some quick dinner ideas that are perfect for two people and require minimal effort. Another go-to is a one-pan pasta dish. You can mix in your choice of protein—like shrimp or sausage—along with pasta, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. Just pour in some water and let it all cook together. It’s quick and makes cleanup a breeze!
