What are your favorite quick and easy recipes for busy weeknights?

Hey everyone! With 2026 in full swing, I’ve been on the lookout for quick and easy recipes that are perfect for busy weeknights. Between work and everything else, I often find myself scrambling to prepare dinner.

I’m particularly interested in meals that take 30 minutes or less to whip up but still taste great. What are some of your go-to recipes? Any tips for meal prepping or using leftovers creatively? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

For quick meals, I love making stir-fries. Just grab whatever veggies and protein you have, toss them in a pan with some soy sauce, and it’s done in under 20 minutes. Plus, you can switch up the flavors each time! Also, having pre-cooked rice or noodles on hand really speeds things up.

One of my go-tos is a stir-fry with whatever veggies and protein I have on hand. Just toss it all in a pan with soy sauce or teriyaki, and you’ve got a solid meal in like 15 minutes. I also love making extra rice or quinoa ahead of time so I can throw that in for a quick side. Super easy!
