I love making a 15-minute shrimp stir-fry! Just toss shrimp with some frozen mixed veggies, soy sauce, and garlic. It cooks super fast and you can serve it over rice or noodles. Also, prepping your ingredients ahead of time really helps cut down the chaos!

For busy nights, I love making a sheet pan chicken and veggie meal. Just toss some chicken breasts and whatever veggies you have on a pan, add olive oil and spices, and roast it for about 30 minutes. Super easy and everything cooks together, plus clean-up’s a breeze!
