What's the Best Way to Cook a Juicy Steak?

Hey everyone! I’ve been trying to perfect my steak-cooking skills, and I’m looking for some advice. What techniques do you find work best for achieving a juicy, flavorful steak?

I’ve heard about searing, reverse searing, and sous-vide methods, but I’m not sure which ones deliver the best results. Also, what cuts of steak do you prefer, and how do you season them? I’m excited to hear your tips and experiences!

I usually just go for the classic pan-sear, but I hit it with some garlic butter right at the end. For cuts, ribeye is my go-to because it always has that nice marbling. A simple salt and pepper seasoning works wonders, but sometimes I throw in some smoked paprika for that extra kick!
